My Story

Adam joined Reynolds Asset Management in January 2022 and brings a diverse experience of sourcing, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate and private equity transactions, predominately ground up multifamily development projects.

Prior to joining Reynolds Asset Management, Adam worked at a boutique Real Estate Private Equity firm located in New Jersey as a Managing Director. He served as a member of the investment committee and was part of a team that structured and were Joint Venture partners on over 1,000 units and nearly $400 million in ground up multifamily developments along the east coast. In addition to the joint venture multifamily portfolio, the team consulted and partnered with sponsors on multiple industrial and self storage assets.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team. Adam is a board member of the Michael G. Bertolino Memorial Scholarship. He currently resides in Essex County, NJ with his wife and daughter.
