Luly Bestard Melarti VP- Architecture & Design My Story Melarti, a licensed architect, comes to the Reynolds team with an extensive architectural and design background in all aspects of residential design, development, and construction. After receiving a Masters of Architecture and an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance, Melarti went on to co-found a residential design-build company. She also served as a past development manager focusing on mixed-use development and an architect and planner at Perkins & Will, with a specialization in strategic facility planning. Currently, she is a trustee of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern New Jersey’s Architect League and a member of AIA New Jersey Equity in Architecture. Adam Triglia Managing Director - Acquisitions and Development My Story Adam joined Reynolds Asset Management in January 2022 and brings a diverse experience of sourcing, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate and private equity transactions, predominately ground up multifamily development projects. Prior to joining Reynolds Asset Management, Adam worked at a boutique Real Estate Private Equity firm located in New Jersey as a Managing Director. He served as a member of the investment committee and was part of a team that structured and were Joint Venture partners on over 1,000 units and nearly $400 million in ground up multifamily developments along the east coast. In addition to the joint venture multifamily portfolio, the team consulted and partnered with sponsors on multiple industrial and self storage assets. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team. Adam is a board member of the Michael G. Bertolino Memorial Scholarship. He currently resides in Essex County, NJ with his wife and daughter. Matthew Breuer Director & General Counsel My Story Matt joined Reynolds Asset Management in March 2025, bringing extensive experience from both the legal and private equity sectors. After graduating from law school, Matt began his career at a prominent Michigan law firm, where he became a partner specializing in real estate law, mergers, and acquisitions. During his tenure, he advised clients throughout the entire acquisition and sale process, successfully closing numerous transactions spanning diverse industries and enterprise values. Matt served as lead counsel in complex deal negotiations, supervised comprehensive legal and operational due diligence processes, and provided strategic general counsel to a variety of organizations. In recognition of his professional excellence, Matt was named among "Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch" in 2023 for his achievements in mergers and acquisitions and real estate. In late 2023, Matt transitioned into private equity, where he led deal origination efforts, managed acquisition processes, and served as corporate counsel. He guided organizations in developing and executing robust business strategies, collaborated closely with management teams on corporate governance, ensured regulatory compliance, and advised on organizational formation matters. Throughout his career, Sam has led end-to-end budgeting and financial reporting processes, overseen multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects, and implemented targeted revenue management strategies. Joe Raitt Director - Acquisitions My Story Joe joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2025 after working in several high-profile acquisitions and leadership positions. His experience has seen him successfully undertake roles in the institutional, private equity and family office sectors. Joe has broad reaching acquisitions experience including sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing a diverse range of commercial real estate and private equity transactions. This experience includes multifamily, retail, industrial and office across the United States. Throughout the course of his career, Joe has primarily focused on value-add and opportunistic investment strategies and overseen the full spectrum of the investment cycle focusing on underwriting, due diligence and closing of transactions. Joe has successfully executed on transactions with a gross asset value of over $6bn. In addition to real estate acquisitions, Joe also has experience in joint venture formation and equity capital raising, asset management and portfolio management. Louis Reynolds Founder and Chief Executive Officer My Story Lou Reynolds began his real estate investing career in 1998, investing in both development and existing multifamily projects. Since that time, Lou has amassed a wealth of experience and a laudable resume of investment successes. Regardless of asset class, area or market challenge, Lou brings an uncanny ability to maximize an investments potential while minimizing downside risk. Lou attributes his investment prowess from the rigor of his computer consultancy experience. After graduating from Marist College with a degree in business, Lou worked for a computer consultancy designing and implementing complex software systems. Fully understanding the necessity for thoughtful system design and implementation in order for the system to work, Lou transferred that skill set to real estate. Though particularly accomplished with computers and technology and even starting a computer consultancy of his own; Lou always maintained a connection to real estate. In the early 2000’s, Lou began purchasing, rehabbing and successfully exiting multifamily properties in Hoboken, Jersey City, and other towns in New Jersey. In 2008, having recorded a substantial record of success in real estate, Lou eventually devoted his attention to real estate full time. Lou brings a wealth of real estate experience, investment knowledge and unwavering management focus in delivering on the potential available in a current real estate asset or development deal. Lou has a pedigree of over 100 successful purchase and sale transactions in the multifamily space, most of which concentrated in the value added or opportunistic area.
