Luly Bestard Melarti

Melarti, a licensed architect, comes to the Reynolds team with an extensive architectural and design background in all aspects of residential design, development, and construction. After receiving a Masters of Architecture and an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance, Melarti went on to co-found a residential design-build company. She also served as a past development manager focusing on mixed-use development and an architect and planner at Perkins & Will, with a specialization in strategic facility planning. Currently, she is a trustee of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern New Jersey’s Architect League and a member of AIA New Jersey Equity in Architecture. Originally from  Miami, Melarti currently resides in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
