Matthew Earl Chief Operating Officer My Story Matthew joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2019 after relocating from South Florida, where he owned and operated a multifamily investment and development company primarily focused on value-add and heavy rehabilitation projects. In the course of that business, Matthew oversaw all aspects of the investment cycle, with a focus on underwriting, management and implementation of value-add strategies. Matthew has successfully translated his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and years working in Public Accounting into the real estate sector. While working in Public Accounting, Matthew focused on tax and advisory services for real estate sector clients, including management consultancy and implementing tax efficient corporate structures and strategies. It was during those years of exposure to the real estate business and the principals who were operating them that Matthew developed a passion for the business himself. Matthew's background and skill set in accounting and finance combined with his years of hands-on management and development experience allow him to effectively navigate and execute on the complex and unique projects at Reynolds Asset Management . He has managed large, complex apartment portfolios on behalf of institutional and sophisticated ownership groups in Canada, where he was responsible for executing strategic business plans, optimizing asset performance, and driving long-term value. Sam played a key role in delivering detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing insights that informed investment decisions and supported ownership objectives across the portfolio. Throughout his career, Sam has led end-to-end budgeting and financial reporting processes, overseen multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects, and implemented targeted revenue management strategies. He has successfully rolled out key initiatives aimed at maximizing rental income, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing resident satisfaction. In addition, Sam has leveraged property technology platforms and business intelligence tools to streamline reporting, monitor KPIs in real time, and support data-driven decision making across his portfolios. He brings a strong track record of aligning operational execution with ownership goals and consistently delivering measurable results. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. Joe Raitt Director - Acquisitions My Story Joe joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2025 after working in several high-profile acquisitions and leadership positions. His experience has seen him successfully undertake roles in the institutional, private equity and family office sectors. Joe has broad reaching acquisitions experience including sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing a diverse range of commercial real estate and private equity transactions. This experience includes multifamily, retail, industrial and office across the United States. Throughout the course of his career, Joe has primarily focused on value-add and opportunistic investment strategies and overseen the full spectrum of the investment cycle focusing on underwriting, due diligence and closing of transactions. Joe has successfully executed on transactions with a gross asset value of over $6bn. In addition to real estate acquisitions, Joe also has experience in joint venture formation and equity capital raising, asset management and portfolio management. Joe was educated at Kings College London and Cass Business School. Prior to starting his career in real estate, Joe played professional rugby in London for 5 years. Prior to joining Reynolds Asset Management, Mammad worked with a NYC based development group, where he prepared financial models for real estate acquisitions of multi-family assets, completing transactions with a combined value of $120 million. Mammad is a graduate of New York University with an M.S. in Real Estate Development and University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Economics. Sal Campisi VP of Acquisitions My Story Sal Campisi brings a dynamic and entrepreneurial background to the Reynolds Asset Management team, combining a foundation in accounting with hands-on experience in real estate development, contracting, and brand building. A 2016 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting, Sal began his professional journey working alongside his family in their electrical contracting and real estate investment business, where he developed a strong understanding of construction operations, property management, and investment strategy. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, Sal went on to co-found a successful canned cocktail brand, overseeing operations, sales, and national retail expansion. Under his leadership, the brand grew rapidly into major markets across the U.S., refining his ability to build scalable infrastructure and manage complex business growth. Sal returned to his real estate roots with a renewed focus, bringing a unique perspective shaped by both operational and entrepreneurial experience. At Reynolds, he plays a key role in identifying and underwriting new acquisition opportunities, managing capital improvement projects, and executing on asset management strategies that drive long-term value. He works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution from acquisition through stabilization, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiencies and strategic repositioning. Sal currently resides in New York, NY, and continues to apply his diverse experience toward sourcing opportunities and delivering strong outcomes across Reynolds’ real estate portfolio.
