Matthew Earl

My Story

Matthew joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2019 after relocating from South Florida, where he owned and operated a multifamily investment and development company primarily focused on value-add and heavy rehabilitation projects.  In the course of that business, Matthew oversaw all aspects of the investment cycle, with a focus on underwriting, management and implementation of value-add strategies.

Matthew has successfully translated his Bachelors of Science in Accounting and years working in Public Accounting into the real estate sector.   While working in Public Accounting, Matthew focused on tax and advisory services for real estate sector clients, including management consultancy and implementing tax efficient corporate structures and strategies.  It was during those years of exposure to the real estate business and the principals who were operating them that Matthew developed a passion for the business himself.

Matthew's background and skill set in accounting and finance combined with his years of hands-on management and development experience allow him to effectively navigate and execute on the complex and unique projects at Reynolds Asset Management.
