My Story

Mammad joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2021 as Associate Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management. He is primarily responsible for market analysis, underwriting, and research for the acquisition of new assets, as well as preparing financial models and marketing materials for new ventures.

Prior to joining Reynolds Asset Management, Mammad worked with a NYC based development group, where he prepared financial models for real estate acquisitions of multi-family assets, completing transactions with a combined value of $120 million.

Mammad is a graduate of New York University with an M.S. in Real Estate Development and University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Economics.
