Joe Raitt Director - Acquisitions My Story Joe joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2025 after working in several high-profile acquisitions and leadership positions. His experience has seen him successfully undertake roles in the institutional, private equity and family office sectors. Joe has broad reaching acquisitions experience including sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing a diverse range of commercial real estate and private equity transactions. This experience includes multifamily, retail, industrial and office across the United States. Throughout the course of his career, Joe has primarily focused on value-add and opportunistic investment strategies and overseen the full spectrum of the investment cycle focusing on underwriting, due diligence and closing of transactions. Joe has successfully executed on transactions with a gross asset value of over $6bn. In addition to real estate acquisitions, Joe also has experience in joint venture formation and equity capital raising, asset management and portfolio management. Luly Bestard Melarti VP- Architecture & Design My Story Melarti, a licensed architect, comes to the Reynolds team with an extensive architectural and design background in all aspects of residential design, development, and construction. After receiving a Masters of Architecture and an MBA with a concentration in real estate finance, Melarti went on to co-found a residential design-build company. She also served as a past development manager focusing on mixed-use development and an architect and planner at Perkins & Will, with a specialization in strategic facility planning. Currently, she is a trustee of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Northern New Jersey’s Architect League and a member of AIA New Jersey Equity in Architecture. Sam Magalnik Director - Asset Management My Story Sam joins RAM with over eight years of experience in asset management, specializing in U.S. multifamily real estate. He has managed large, complex apartment portfolios on behalf of institutional and sophisticated ownership groups in Canada, where he was responsible for executing strategic business plans, optimizing asset performance, and driving long-term value. Sam played a key role in delivering detailed financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing insights that informed investment decisions and supported ownership objectives across the portfolio. Throughout his career, Sam has led end-to-end budgeting and financial reporting processes, overseen multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects, and implemented targeted revenue management strategies. He has successfully rolled out key initiatives aimed at maximizing rental income, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing resident satisfaction. In addition, Sam has leveraged property technology platforms and business intelligence tools to streamline reporting, monitor KPIs in real time, and support data-driven decision making across his portfolios. He brings a strong track record of aligning operational execution with ownership goals and consistently delivering measurable results. Sam holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate and Infrastructure from the Schulich School of Business in Toronto. Stuart Green Chief Financial Officer My Story Stuart joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2024, bringing over 35 years of experience in leading finance and investment operations. Throughout his career, he has overseen finance, business development, acquisitions, and project management. Stuart has completed over $1 billion in financing and notable entity-level transactions through joint ventures or sales, showcasing his exceptional expertise in managing vital corporate functions. He has designed and implemented policies, procedures, and controls to strengthen operations, driven by his natural organizational skills and strong work ethic. Stuart has served as the COO for a large family office, managing multiple divisions. Before this role, he was the Director of Finance for Ladder Capital (LADR) and the CIO for Denholtz Properties. His extensive experience has equipped him with the ability to create solutions that exceed financial and operational goals. Currently, Stuart acts as an Inspector to the Trustee of Creative Wealth Media Finance. Adam Triglia Managing Director - Acquisitions and Development My Story Adam joined Reynolds Asset Management in January 2022 and brings a diverse experience of sourcing, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate and private equity transactions, predominately ground up multifamily development projects. Prior to joining Reynolds Asset Management, Adam worked at a boutique Real Estate Private Equity firm located in New Jersey as a Managing Director. He served as a member of the investment committee and was part of a team that structured and were Joint Venture partners on over 1,000 units and nearly $400 million in ground up multifamily developments along the east coast. In addition to the joint venture multifamily portfolio, the team consulted and partnered with sponsors on multiple industrial and self storage assets. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team. Adam is a board member of the Michael G. Bertolino Memorial Scholarship. He currently resides in Essex County, NJ with his wife and daughter. A 2016 graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting, Sal began his professional journey working alongside his family in their electrical contracting and real estate investment business, where he developed a strong understanding of construction operations, property management, and investment strategy. Driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, Sal went on to co-found a successful canned cocktail brand, overseeing operations, sales, and national retail expansion. Under his leadership, the brand grew rapidly into major markets across the U.S., refining his ability to build scalable infrastructure and manage complex business growth. Sal returned to his real estate roots with a renewed focus, bringing a unique perspective shaped by both operational and entrepreneurial experience. At Reynolds, he plays a key role in identifying and underwriting new acquisition opportunities, managing capital improvement projects, and executing on asset management strategies that drive long-term value. He works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution from acquisition through stabilization, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiencies and strategic repositioning.
